Born in 1987 in Yalova, Muhammet Uğurcan Barman is married and the father of two daughters. He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Commerce University and began his professional career within the Beyttürk organization, where he has held various positions. Throughout this journey, he has aimed to play an active role not only in business but also in social spheres.

Barman, known for his strong involvement in civil society, currently serves on the International Relations Commission of MÜSİAD and the Relations Commission of DEİK. He previously served on the Board of the DEİK Bahrain Business Council and currently holds the position of Chairman of the DEİK Turkey-Yemen Business Council.

In 2012, Barman completed the corporate structuring of Beyttürk and, since then, has transformed the company into a multi-faceted organization by establishing collaborations and strategic partnerships with numerous domestic and international firms. Today, Beyttürk operates across a wide range of sectors, including construction, hospitality, real estate, e-commerce, finance, insurance, and energy. The company currently has 10 construction projects in Yalova and Bursa and has delivered over 1,500 residential units to date.

Barman states that their projects have attracted investors from 24 different countries and have contributed more than 500 million USD in foreign currency inflows to the Turkish economy. He emphasizes his commitment to continue working toward creating added value for the country, its cities, and its people—striving to take greater steps in both commercial ventures and social responsibility efforts.
