GIGDEKS is a unique dataset that reveals the average unit price of real estate sales to international investors in our country. Approximately 35% of real estate sales to international investors in Turkey are conducted by GİGDER members. Members are asked about the number of sales and the average USD price of sales. This study also includes member expectations that allow us to predict whether sales will increase in the next three-month period. GIGDEKS is released periodically every three months in the first week of January, April, July, and October.
Additionally, to gauge the pulse of the industry and reflect the perspectives of GİGDER members on current issues, questions related to current topics are included in the research. GIGDEKS was first conducted with data from the months of April, May, and June of the year 2021.
