Declaration Obligation Notice Signage Implementation Guide

MASAK Implementation Guide

  • Under MASAK regulations, the Declaration Obligation Notice Signage must be displayed in workplaces in a manner that is easily visible to customers.
  • The notice signage should be positioned at eye level.
  • Although the height of the signage from the floor may vary depending on its size, it is recommended that it be positioned so that its midpoint is between 140 and 150 cm. For A4-sized signage, the midpoint is approximately 140 cm, while for A3-sized signage it is approximately 150 cm.
  • The signage should be placed in an area that is easily noticeable, readable, and accessible to customers.
  • These placement guidelines have been prepared to ensure that the information notice is visible in line with its intended purpose and that legal obligations are properly fulfilled.

Note: The documents provided on this page are for informational purposes only. Our members are advised to follow the current regulations of MASAK and, if there are any additional obligations specific to their companies, to use these documents in compliance with the relevant legislation.
