An interview on “Transition To The Dıigital Age In International Real Estate Sector: Proptech” within the scope of GİGDER EstateTalks series, was held moderated by moderated by Hakan Bucak, Chairman of Mars Investment and with the participation of Can Turkan, COO of Ayana Holding, Bekir Yener Yıldırım, Founder of Next Proptech and Mete Varas, Founder of EurAsia Proptech.

Stating that real estate technologies are very valuable in terms of international real estate investments, Hakan Bucak said, “Proptech and its stakeholders are the only way to open our country, which is the most valuable land in the world, to 7 billion people.” Can Turkan stated that digitalization in real estate will be done together by the state and the private sector and stressed the need to change the real estate system in Turkey. Bekir Yener Yıldırım, on the other hand, stated that the Turkish contracting sector is in the top three in the world, and said that if we can adapt the sector to digital, we can maintain this position.Mete Varas stated that there are more than 7,500 companies dealing with Proptech around the world and there are large funds investing in these companies.
