Born in Manisa Salihli in 1974, Fatih Ergüven completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Salihli.
Having graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1997, Ergüven started his professional business life in the same year.
Having worked in Anadolu Credit Card (AKK) Fund Management department, which is a subsidiary of Interbank, one of the leading banks in the finance sector, Fatih Ergüven gained a great experience in finance, economy and investment management until 2003.
With the experience gained in the financial sector, Ergüven, who worked as the finance and financial affairs director in the leading tourism companies of Antalya between 2004 and 2006, made the transition to the real estate sector by serving as Turkey Country General Manager in Kuwaiti Mas International and Murabahat companies between 2006-2009.
He successfully delivered the sales and marketing of huge timeshare projects belong to Mas and Muhabarat such as Zemzem Tower, Hajar Tower, Safwa Tower to Turkey and European Market, as well as carried out all the visiting operations of the customers.
He continued his successful path in real estate sector by performing sales and marketing of mix-use project in Ispartakule area consisting of Shopping Mall, housing and offices in 2009-2010 in Dutch-owned real estate firm Tulip, Ergüven successfully executed the sales and amrketing management of Emaar’s Toskana Valley Project.
In 2012-2018, Fatih Ergüven made RealtyPort Company, where he was a co-founder, into Turkey’s most stable and best-selling firms by performing the sales and marketing ( advertisement, call center, area field sales, mangement of sub-agency system in person) of more than 2000 units in more than 30 countries, mainly in Arab countries and Turkic republics.
Fatih Ergüven, the sole representative of the project sales offices in 2016, became the founding partner of Dev Proje Pazarlama, where he directed the entire sales operation, mainly foreigners.
With this company he has made and continue to make sales of about 10 housing projects of 4 development companies (MAR YAPI, BAKYAPI, Mutlu İnşaat, Yüksekdağ İnşaat). Fatih Ergüven made sales of approximately 1,000 units in 2.5 years with a sub-agency network. (As of the end of 2018, he left by transferring his shares.)
Fatih Ergüven actively carries out:
Sales and Property Management of European and the US housing projects to Turkey and Middle East by establishing Quaz Global (www.quazglobal.com) in July 2018;
Sales and Management of Turkey and worldwide property projects to all countries, primarily Arab countries and Turkşc republics, by establishing International real estate marketing company Inhouse Global (www.inhouseglobal.com) in August 2018;
Health Tourism Travel Organization Management by establishing Kafile Tourism (certified as A class travel agency) in November 2018.
Ergüven established the 4P Project (www.4pproje.com) in January 2019, selling and marketing the projects (Mesa Koz, Mesa Çubuklu, Tema Bahçe, Collet Avcılar, Seba Suites, Prime Suites Residences, Istanbul Panorama) as the sole authority.
Fatih Ergüven is married and a father of 2 daughters.
