Bayram Tekçe is a businessperson who, with the companies he has established both nationally and internationally, provides a wide range of services to global investors, including real estate sales, promotion, consultancy, and finance. Born in 1972 in Zonguldak Ereğli, Tekçe graduated from Ereğli Anatolian High School and later earned a degree in Philology from the Department of Dutch Language and Literature at Ankara University Faculty of Letters.

Starting his career as a Professional Tourist Guide accredited by the Ministry of Tourism, Tekçe served as a member of the Istanbul Guides Association (IRO) from 1996 to 2004, providing guidance to Dutch and Belgian tourists on cultural tours. Additionally, he worked as a simultaneous interpreter and organizer in UEFA sports competitions.

Tekçe's experiences in the field equipped him with language and communication skills, as well as the ability to understand and appreciate foreign cultures. These experiences also honed his skills in organizing and establishing systems to enhance cultural interaction. These valuable gains have played a pivotal role in his success in real estate sales to international investors today.

A trailblazer in various trends with his innovative vision, Tekçe embarked on his journey with the Antalya Homes brand in 2004, leading thousands of international investors in real estate acquisition. In September 2017, he achieved a groundbreaking milestone by conducting the world's first real estate sale with Bitcoin and introduced TeleProperty, the first systematic online international sales platform in Turkey.

Bayram Tekçe is a thought leader who, through committees established in civil society organizations, initiated the first structural work and goals in the field. He is the visionary who first introduced the concept of "real estate export" in Turkey. In 2018, Tekçe founded the GYODER Real Estate Export Committee, marking the beginning of civil society work with the "real estate export vision" for Turkey. As one of the founders of the Real Estate Service Exporters Association (GİGDER), he is committed to continuing his efforts in various fields with a vision to create social and economic value for Turkey. As of 2023, Bayram Tekçe serves as the President of the GİGDER Board of Directors.

Proficient in English and Dutch, Bayram Tekçe is married and the father of two children.
