Ahmet Talat KARASU, born in 1984, completed his undergraduate education in economics at Anadolu University and his master's degree at Yıldız Technical University. He worked as an assistant at the same university's Institute of Social Sciences for one year. Before entering the real estate sector, he worked for five years in credit rating and investor consultancy at multinational companies.

In the real estate sector, he began working at İnanlar İnşaat as a sales finance manager. He brought his experience in project preparation, sales, marketing, finance, after-sales services, CRM, and customer analytics to 24 Gayrimenkul in 2016, where he started working as the sales and marketing director.

After serving in this role at 24 Gayrimenkul for six years, he joined the founding team of ONN INVEST, a company that provides turnkey projects and services to project developers, local and international intermediaries, and real estate investment funds.

Currently serving as the CEO of ONN INVEST, Ahmet Talat KARASU manages significant projects with numerous local and international stakeholders in the group's companies operating in 12 countries.

As a founding member of GİGDER, Ahmet Talat KARASU has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at GİGDER since 2023.
