The Research and Publications Committee, operating within the framework of GİGDER (Real Estate Exporters' Association), conducts research activities to contribute to the development of the real estate export sector in our country. Our committee diligently monitors global developments related to international real estate investments, aiming to create reliable sources that local firms can confidently consult.
Since its establishment, the GİGDER Research and Publications Committee has contributed to the literature with three book projects under the title "Real Estate Export Research Series": "Why Foreign Investors Choose Real Estate in Turkey?", "Competitive Analysis of the UK: What is the UK Doing?" and "Migration and Investor Relations Worldwide." Additionally, our committee continues to publish GİGDEKS studies on a quarterly basis, keeping a finger on the pulse of international real estate investments in Turkey.
