An interview on “U.S. Economy, Real Estate Investor Behaviors” within the scope of GİGDER MarketWatch series, was held moderated by Mustafa Koca, Chief Commercial Counsellor in Washington Embassy of Turkey with the participation of Murat Ağırnaslı, Chairman and CEO of Agime Group LLC, Emel Onur, Turkey, Lebanon and U.A.E. Global Ambassador of American National Association of Realtors and Turan Tombul, Remax Real Estate Consultant.

Emphasizing that Canada, Germany, England, Japan and China stand out among the countries undertaking contracting projects in the USA, Mustafa Koca said, “991 billion dollars of real estate investments in the USA were made by the private sector and 336 billion dollars by the public sector.” Emel Onur noted that the most real estate buyers in the USA are the Chinese with 11.5 billion dollars. Stating that the Turks made serious real estate investments in Washington DC, Turan Tombul emphasized that the investment in the capital has increased thanks to the direct flights of Turkish Airlines. Murat Ağırnaslı also stated that when a business is to be done in New York, the project must first be approved by the attorney general and said, “The money received from the customer is collected in escrow account in escrow and that money is not transferred to the contractor before the title deed is delivered. This system removes worries. ”
