He became a professor of Administrative Law in 1996. From 2001 to 2003, he directed the Legal Knowledge Databank Project (“Hukuk Bilgi Bankası Projesi”) at the Supreme Court. He taught Administrative Law, Zoning law and Urban Transformation Law at Istanbul University, Kocaeli University Faculty of Law and some private universities. He is the President of the Urban Transformation and Law Platform.
