Born in Bingöl, in Genç, Haşim Süngü completed his undergraduate education in Istanbul University, Department of History and Arabic Language and Literature. After his education, he started to operate in the tourism sector between 2005-2010.
In 2013, he established TopVip Turkey, a tourism and limousine company, and provided VIP and luxury services to important foreign tourists and businessmen.
With the Reciprocity Law that came into effect in 2012, he established Hashim Property in 2014 and also carried out some activities in the investment sector.
By organizing and chairing the International Investment Summit held at Istanbul Shangri-la Bosphorus Hotel in 2014 and at Istanbul Raffles Hotel in 2015, he hosted the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Development, the Minister of Energy, and leading state officials and businessmen from the Gulf countries.
TopVip Turkey provided the service of the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia for the G-20 Summit held in our country in 2015. The company organized the Islamic Summit held in Istanbul in 2016 with the participation of the King of Saudi Arabia.
In 2018, Süngü established Topvip Dizayn company and started exporting luxury vehicles abroad.
In 2020, Harbiye Educational Institutions started to operate in the education sector by taking the franchising of Mentora Language School and Uğur Kurs.
In 2020 he also established two companies in two sectors; in energy drinks he established the Yara Beverage Company which began its imports of energy drinks. In project marketing he established IP Proje Pazarlama company, which continued to grow by expanding its fields of activity.
Süngü is a Member of the Board of Directors of Turkey – Saudi Arabia, Turkey – Qatar at the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK).
